Forget about the Cracker

On a 2010 trip to the Brevard Zoo, in Melbourne, Florida, I saw –and remembered — my first Macaw. The vivid colors of this bird were right up my alley, so I made up his companion, and painted them both. I imagine them so engrossed in one another that they forget about the cracker!
