About A Castle for My Girl

My eldest daughter loves the movie, The Sound of Music. Though purple castles are not featured in this winner of five Oscars, you might notice the mountain peaks in the background very closely resemble those featured in the movie and the edelweiss peppering the grass is no accident, either.

The plump little castle, with its hot pink turrets, however, came purely from my imagination!
